General Settings

General settings manage global options such as language, shortcuts, exit behavior, and license.

Language

NetScene uses Simplified Chinese by default.

You can switch to English in General Settings.

After switching languages, interface text is shown in the selected language.

Global Shortcut

The global shortcut is disabled by default.

After enabling it, NetScene needs macOS Accessibility permission to listen for shortcuts.

The permission path is usually:

text
System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility

Add NetScene to the allowed list before the shortcut can work.

Restore Network Services on Exit

When enabled, NetScene automatically turns on Wi-Fi and all network services before exiting.

This option is useful if you worry that network services may remain disabled after quitting the app.

It is disabled by default because some users want to keep the current network service state.

License

The free edition supports up to 2 network rules.

The Pro edition removes the rule count limit. After buying a license, enter the license key in the app to activate it.
